Taash is a free card game for Hearts and Court Piece, on the web and on Android. This page explains what we collect when you play, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Your sign-in. You sign in with Google or Apple through Firebase Authentication. We keep the account id it gives us and your first name, which becomes your player name. You can change that name at any time.
• Your games. Your coin balance, the tables you join, the hands you play and your stats, so matches can be settled and the game stays fair.
• Device and usage data. Basic technical information (such as browser or device type) and events like "match started", which help us fix problems and improve the game.

We don't ask for your phone number, address or payment details.

Advertising

Taash is kept free by ads. On the web we use Google AdSense, and in the Android app Google AdMob. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to show ads and measure them. Before a video plays, Taash asks whether ads may be based on your interests; if you say no, you still get videos, just not personalised ones. You can also manage ad settings at adssettings.google.com. Google's use of data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Coins

Coins are for play only. They can't be bought, sold or exchanged for money or anything outside the game.

Who we share data with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the services that run Taash: Google Firebase (sign-in), our hosting provider, our analytics tool, and Google's ad services as described above. Other players see your player name and stats, never your account details.

How long we keep it

We keep your account while you use Taash. If you delete your account, we remove your sign-in links, profile and stats and anonymise what's left. We keep the coin record of past matches, without your name, so other players' results stay correct.

Your choices

• Change your player name from your profile.
• Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account, by contacting us below.
• Say no to personalised ads when Taash asks.

Children

Taash is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
